An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully received and/or we have confirmed the order.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including the selected product, size, finish, quantity, dimensions, delivery information and contact details.
Once an order has been confirmed or production has commenced, cancellation or modification may not be possible.
For made-to-order, customised or specially sized products, cancellation may not be permitted once production has commenced.
Your purchases are subject to the cancellation, return, refund and damage policies set out in our Return & Refund Policy. Please review our Return & Refund Policy before placing an order.
Products purchased through our website are intended for personal or household use unless otherwise agreed with us in writing.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
All product prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST), unless otherwise expressly stated.
The price displayed on the website is the price payable for the product at the time of purchase. Applicable GST is included within the displayed product price and will not be added again at checkout.
Shipping, delivery, installation or other applicable charges, where applicable, will be clearly communicated or displayed before the order is completed.
Prices, discounts and promotional offers may change from time to time. However, the price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed, subject to any genuine pricing or technical error.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing, product or technical errors and, where necessary, cancel an affected order and refund any amount already paid for the affected order.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We currently deliver our furniture within India, subject to serviceability of the delivery location.
Orders delivered within Mumbai are generally delivered within 7–14 business days from order confirmation.
Orders delivered outside Mumbai but within India are generally delivered within 15–20 business days from order confirmation.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the product, order quantity, customisation, manufacturing requirements, delivery location and logistics.
Once your order is ready for dispatch, our team or delivery partner will coordinate the delivery with you.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including transportation delays, weather conditions, road restrictions, strikes, natural events or other unforeseen circumstances.
International delivery is currently not available.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content available through our Services, including our brand name, logos, product names, designs, photographs, graphics, text, videos, illustrations, website design, product descriptions and other materials, belongs to The Risa Co. or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
